Delivery is free for all orders over £100. Orders below £100 will incur a £7.95 delivery charge.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours via a 24 hour or 48 hour delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your consignment number.
All orders can be tracked via the Parcelforce or DPD UK website or using the Track my Order page on our website.
On the day of delivery, the courier will text or email you with an estimated time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns to all UK customers. If you have changed your mind about your order prior to dispatch we will be happy to cancel your order and offer a full refund.
If your order has already been delivered, that’s also not a problem. We appreciate that online bought furniture may feel or look different once you have the piece in place, so we give you 14 days after delivery to return an item for a refund or an exchange.

All orders must be securely packaged and returned to us in their original packaging, ensuring items are unused and undamaged. Any damage or scratches from transit will result in you being charged and a deduction will be taken from your refund.
Refunds will be processed by the same method that your order was originally placed with.
If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show in your account. Terms and times may vary between bank and card companies. Please refer to your bank refund policy for further information.
If you paid via PayPal, once processed, refunds should appear instantly. Please allow 3 business days for your refund to be processed.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All items are quality checked prior to leaving our warehouse but we understand that damage can occur in transit. In the rare case that your order doesn’t arrive in the perfect condition we all expect, we will be happy to replace or exchange the item for you as soon as possible should the item still be available.
However, we will require you to send us some photos of any faults, damage or other issues with the product before we are able to arrange this.
