Description

Details

Winning the MOMA Low Cost Design Competition in 1948, husband and wife duo Charles and Ray Eames revolutionised 20th century furniture with their DSW side chair. Still a worldwide furniture icon today, it remains a staple piece in every dining room, café or restaurant space.

Our high quality reproduction adheres to the original design. Unlike the original fibreglass structure, our DSW dining chair has been updated to an environmentally friendly, and much more durable, polypropylene plastic shell. The ergonomically curved form is perfectly adapted to the shape of the body and the combination of wood and metal wires of the base add to the aesthetic value of the design as well as ensuring the stability of the chair.

Extremely resilient and robust, this DSW style plastic chair is available in a variety of vibrant colours and styles to suit all décor. It's the ideal way to bring mid-century design into your home or office space.

The names Charles and Ray Eames are only used to describe the characteristics of the goods made to the original design, and not as a trademark.
